Clean Eating For Teens (Ages 12-18)

Learn to cook healthy, nourishing meals in this fun, hands-on class!
Nutrition Educator and Real Food Chef, Dawn Berthelette, will instruct the students in how to make tasty, filling and delicious meals quickly using whole food ingredients. Focusing on simple recipes and techniques, this class is designed to inspire teens to make clean eating a more consistent part of their lives. Using vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains and fruits. Participants will get hands-on experience creating dishes like smoothies, salads, soups and of course, some sweet treats.
