Cornerstone Family Chiropractic and Culinary Nutrition Educator Dawn Berthelette (Sustainable Harmony and Wellness and Healthy Eating Specialist of Bellingham Whole Foods Market) are teaming together to help our community with the big questions, "How are we able to eat healthy food? What is even considered 'healthy' anymore? How can I prepare simple food for our household's hectic everyday life and still eat healthy?"
Our Practical Nutrition for Seasonal Eating monthly series aims to help families to better understand nutrition and simple food prep for the health of their households. Each class will be informative as well as instructive with a cooking demonstration and tasting to go along with the topic covered. Discover the amazing foods that your body craves for health!
