Class 2: Spring Cleaning Series, Dressings & Sauces - Tuesday, May 1 at 6:30 pm -- A plant based diet doesn’t have to be bland and taste like sticks and twigs. Learning to create simple dressings and sauces that can be made in seconds using just a few simple ingredients will take your meals and snacks to the next level with no need for all the plastic store bought bottles...talk about awesome sauce!
Class 3: Spring Cleaning Series: Breakfast & Desserts, Tuesday May 8th at 6:30 pm -- How much we benefit from our first meal of the day certainly depends on what we eat. The standard breakfast full of refined sugars and carbs isn’t the fuel that we need in the morning, what we really need is protein and healthy fats to start the day. There are many simple ways to maximize our nutritional intake and greatly improve our health and wellness, leaving us with more energy for those busy days...and who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast?!
