Simple Swaps For A Healthy Spring!

Go back to basics this spring by substituting more whole plant foods for some of the processed items that you are used to. These classes are designed to empower you with the basic skills necessary to add nutrition and flavor to dressings, sauces, soups, smoothies, desserts, snacks and meals using real food substitutions with ease. Class one will focus on the basics and class two will dig a little deeper. Learn to do more with less!

There will be a cooking demonstration, as well as a sampling from each class for you to taste!
