Adding greens at every meal is certainly doing my body good!

I find that adding root vegetables to my greens in order to balance out the contrasting energies of the two foods keeps me from feeling spacey and scattered.

For a lot of people cooking greens seems too overwhelming to bother with, but there are many ways of including greens at every meal, it just takes a little practice...and a good teacher.
