Roasted Garlic and Broccoli Soup

  • 6-8 Cups Broccoli, chopped (including peeled stems)
  • 4-6 Cloves Garlic, roasted in skins
  • 6 Cups Bone Broth

Roast broccoli and garlic for about 20 minutes. Squeeze the garlic out of its skin and add it with the roasted broccoli to a sauce pan with broth, warm until heated through. Puree and add salt to taste. Also works well with cauliflower!
