CULINARY NUTRITION PROGRAM

Working together we will make small but significant changes to the way you eat and care for yourself. You will slowly develop habits that will become a sustainable part of who you are.

Unlike most “diets” this is not a quick fix. You may find that you do see quick results, but it really takes time to repair the years of neglect and damage that I often see in my clients.

We will work together to develop cooking and eating habits that are enjoyable and healthful so that they become a sustainable way of life.

Becoming truly well means also addressing the aspects of our lives that we may not even realize are depleting or nourishing us. Things like our careers, our level of physical activity, our relationships and our spirituality all need to be in balance in order for our bodies to be their best.

 

As a client of my 6-month program, you will…

The program includes…

one or two 50-minute sessions per month (your choice)

e-mail support between sessions

recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare

cooking instruction and kitchen detox

coaching and support to help you make sustainable changes

simple but valuable information that will increase your nutrition knowledge

access to my newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes

TWO SESSION OPTIONS

My Phone/Skype Sessions tend to be the most popular, occurring either weekly, bimonthly or monthly.

Sometimes meeting once or twice during the 6 month program, and sometimes not meeting in person at all.

Another, more intimate option is to meet either in my home or at a location of your choosing. These in-person meetings tend to be either bimonthly or monthly. It's absolutely up to you!

Whichever option you choose, I am available by email anytime (I try to return emails within 48 hours).

I offer numerous coaching and real food cooking sessions, as well as grocery store tours and kitchen/pantry detoxing that are included in your six month program.
