Health Supportive Cooking Classes and Parties

 

For All Skill Levels (both children and adults)

I offer group and private health supportive cooking classes and parties that will help you to find creative healthful alternatives to the foods that you have always loved.        

Cooking parties are a great way to expand your knowledge and skills in the kitchen!

These classes can be tailored to your specific interests and can be held in my spacious kitchen or at a location of your choosing (even outdoors, I'm portable!)

My passion is to demonstrate and instruct others on living and eating in a way that keeps us in accord with the natural rhythms of the seasons. I use only the highest quality seasonal whole food ingredients and cooking methods in order to create the most delicious, natural, wholesome and nourishing foods.

Demonstration/Instructional Classes

Sit back and relax as I demonstrate several recipes that you will be able to recreate yourself at home. 

2Hr. class is $175 plus $10 per person

Participation (Hands-On) Classes

Learn to make fabulous dishes from scratch with my guidance and instruction. 

2.5Hr. class $225 plus $10 per person

 

  • You can schedule one class, or book a series
  • Classes can be held evenings, weekends or during the day
  • You will have the option to pick a specific theme or keep it as a more general healthy eating class
  • A minimum of six attendees are required to book a group class; your group could be family, friends, or co-workers
  • I also offer one-on-one classes for those looking for personal enrichment in the kitchen
  • My classes are always BYOB, but I will supply everything else
