  • Roasted Bones
  • Water
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Vegetable Scraps (optional)

Slow roast bones at 250F for about an hour or until browned. Add to stock pot and cover with water and vegetable scraps. Bring to a boil and add a tablespoon or two of vinegar to draw the minerals out of the bones. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-24 hours.

Use to steam anything, cook grains, make soups, or drink as tea.

If using a cooked carcass (like a chicken), pull off the meat and skip the roasting step above.
